Delightree - Product Designer

Design and prototype UI directly in the product's codebase using existing component libraries and AI tools to create working prototypes.

Collaborate closely within a small cross-functional team (product manager, engineering lead, designer) to take features from concept through to shipped product without traditional design handoffs.

Own interaction and motion details including loading states, transitions, and micro-interactions; contribute design patterns and components back to the shared design system.

4+ years of product design experience with expertise in complex interfaces involving tables, forms, permissions, and multi-role workflows.

Comfortable working directly inside a real codebase and design system to assemble functional prototypes rather than producing static design files.

Experience or strong interest in AI native interfaces including streaming outputs, human-in-the-loop UX, and nuanced UI states reflecting confidence/uncertainty.

Location requirement: Based in Bengaluru, India with 3 days a week onsite work.

Experienced in designing sophisticated, dense interfaces suited to multi-location franchise operations and varied user roles.

Practiced in integrating AI tools in the design process, producing prototypes that maintain accessibility and adhere to design system constraints.

Operates well in small, agile cross-functional teams working closely with engineering to iterate quickly from prototype to shipped features.
