About This Role
- Design and prototype UI directly in the product's codebase using existing component libraries and AI tools to create working prototypes.
- Collaborate closely within a small cross-functional team (product manager, engineering lead, designer) to take features from concept through to shipped product without traditional design handoffs.
- Own interaction and motion details including loading states, transitions, and micro-interactions; contribute design patterns and components back to the shared design system.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of product design experience with expertise in complex interfaces involving tables, forms, permissions, and multi-role workflows.
- Comfortable working directly inside a real codebase and design system to assemble functional prototypes rather than producing static design files.
- Experience or strong interest in AI native interfaces including streaming outputs, human-in-the-loop UX, and nuanced UI states reflecting confidence/uncertainty.
- Location requirement: Based in Bengaluru, India with 3 days a week onsite work.

- Practiced in integrating AI tools in the design process, producing prototypes that maintain accessibility and adhere to design system constraints.
