Design, build, and implement intelligent plugins and automations to enhance enterprise HR workflows integrating Agentic AI platforms with ServiceNow and Workday HCM.
Lead execution of HR Automation and AI product roadmap, collaborating with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable integration solutions.
Conduct technical analysis, workshops, testing, documentation, deployment, and ensure security, data integrity, and compliance for AI automation integrations.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field from a premier institute.
6+ years work experience on HR platforms focusing on integrations with enterprise applications such as Workday, ServiceNow, Concur.
3+ years back-end development experience in at least one programming language with strong hands-on experience in APIs and integration technologies.
Work Arrangement: Remote India, Night Shift (5 PM to 1:30 AM IST); occasional reporting to GM worksite as required.
