Manage end-to-end implementation lifecycle and delivery of UKG Ready workforce management product for global clients.
Own project resources, schedules, budgets, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication including executive-level presentations and escalations.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships as a trusted advisor, identify and drive additional revenue opportunities within enterprise-level multi-workstream deployments.
Minimum Requirements
8 to 10 years experience in enterprise-level project deployments managing packaged applications (ERP, CRM, HRMS) across entire implementation lifecycle.
Experience working with global customers on complex multi-workstream projects.
Strong proficiency with MS Office applications including MS Project, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Willingness and ability to work night shift (7 PM to 12 AM IST) and travel as per project needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven leadership experience managing both internal teams and external customer relationships in large-scale enterprise projects.
Comfortable presenting and communicating effectively with diverse audiences including C-level executives.
Strong domain knowledge preferred in labor management, HR, payroll, ERP, or similar systems relevant to workforce management.
