About This Role
- Manage end-to-end implementation lifecycle and delivery of UKG Ready workforce management product for global clients.
- Own project resources, schedules, budgets, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication including executive-level presentations and escalations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships as a trusted advisor, identify and drive additional revenue opportunities within enterprise-level multi-workstream deployments.
Minimum Requirements
- 8 to 10 years experience in enterprise-level project deployments managing packaged applications (ERP, CRM, HRMS) across entire implementation lifecycle.
- Experience working with global customers on complex multi-workstream projects.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office applications including MS Project, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Willingness and ability to work night shift (7 PM to 12 AM IST) and travel as per project needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven leadership experience managing both internal teams and external customer relationships in large-scale enterprise projects.
- Comfortable presenting and communicating effectively with diverse audiences including C-level executives.
- Strong domain knowledge preferred in labor management, HR, payroll, ERP, or similar systems relevant to workforce management.
