About This Role
- Develop and deploy machine learning applications, including NLP and large language models, using Python and cloud platforms.
- Perform exploratory data analysis and generate management information reports to interpret banking data and support decision-making.
- Design scalable ML solutions to influence and transform the bank's economic ecosystem.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science; graduate degree in Data Science or quantitative field preferred.
- Proficient in Python, cloud deployments (preferably Azure), ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), NLP, LLM APIs, and MLOps understanding.
- Experience with Java, Golang, Spring Boot, front-end technologies is required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in developing and deploying ML models in large enterprise banking environments with moderate travel readiness.
- Strong in integrating multiple data science techniques such as topic modeling, NER, embeddings, and deploying via API services in cloud infrastructure.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders including IT, Audit, Compliance, Finance, and regulatory auditors.
