Develop and deploy machine learning applications, including NLP and large language models, using Python and cloud platforms.
Perform exploratory data analysis and generate management information reports to interpret banking data and support decision-making.
Design scalable ML solutions to influence and transform the bank's economic ecosystem.
Minimum Requirements
8-10 years of experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science; graduate degree in Data Science or quantitative field preferred.
Proficient in Python, cloud deployments (preferably Azure), ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), NLP, LLM APIs, and MLOps understanding.
Experience with Java, Golang, Spring Boot, front-end technologies is required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in developing and deploying ML models in large enterprise banking environments with moderate travel readiness.
Strong in integrating multiple data science techniques such as topic modeling, NER, embeddings, and deploying via API services in cloud infrastructure.
Comfortable working with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders including IT, Audit, Compliance, Finance, and regulatory auditors.
