Lead and deliver enterprise-wide AIOps initiatives to design and implement AI/ML-enabled autonomous IT operations systems.
Define and drive standards, best practices, and architectural roadmaps for complex technology solutions focused on observability, automation, and self-healing capabilities.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders across engineering, SRE, and platform teams to embed intelligence into production ecosystems and improve operational resilience and efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent through education, training, or military experience.
Strong knowledge of AIOps tools (e.g., Prometheus, AppDynamics, Splunk) and AI/ML applications for IT operations.
Experience with automation frameworks (Ansible, Terraform) and cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, microservices).
This position is not open to visa initiation or transfer.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in defining and executing target-state architecture and operating models for enterprise-scale AIOps implementations.
Proficient in integrating observability, automation, and event-driven architectures to enable self-healing and zero-touch production.
Capable of navigating complex organizational structures with strong stakeholder management and communication skills to influence senior leadership.
