Lead Agile delivery for one or more PET Business Solutions Area teams, enabling self-organization and collaboration to deliver meaningful insurance technology outcomes.
Serve as servant leader, Agile coach, and facilitator to improve Scrum/Kanban practices, team maturity, and delivery predictability.
Manage impediments, coordinate dependencies, and maintain accurate delivery metrics and Jira Cloud data to support release readiness and stakeholder alignment.
Minimum Requirements
8–10 years of experience in Scrum Master, Agile Lead, Delivery Lead, or equivalent Agile delivery role.
Hands-on experience with Jira Cloud including workflow and delivery reporting.
Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and hybrid models.
Experience supporting or familiarity with Guidewire InsuranceNow (GIN) or insurance technology platforms preferred but not strictly mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced Scrum Master or Agile Lead with strong servant leadership and coaching capabilities in complex software/data/platform delivery environments.
Skilled in managing globally distributed, cross-functional teams with strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
Possesses domain knowledge in insurance technology (especially Guidewire or pet insurance) and a data-driven approach using flow and delivery metrics for continuous improvement.
