Build, train, and deploy machine learning models and APIs for cloud and on-premises environments to solve complex banking problems.
Develop ML-based applications using NLP, Large Language Models (LLMs), and supervised learning tailored to the bank's data domain.
Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and generate management information (MI) reports to support business decision-making and economic impact in the Indian financial space.
Minimum Requirements
11+ years of proven experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a relevant field; graduate degree preferred.
Strong proficiency in Python, cloud-based ML deployment (preferably Azure), and experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
Experience with NLP techniques, LLMs via APIs and open source (e.g., OpenAI, LLAMA2), and ML application development including LangChain and FastAPI.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Senior-level individual contributor with extensive experience in machine learning model development and deployment in banking or financial services.
Strong domain knowledge of banking data and business intelligence tools to translate data into actionable solutions.
Comfortable working with advanced NLP techniques, large language models, and cloud-based MLOps frameworks in an engineering-focused team environment.
