About This Role
- Lead design, development, and maintenance of scalable AI-powered applications using Python, React, and AWS.
- Architect and deliver solutions leveraging Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic AI workflows.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship across the software development lifecycle, collaborating with stakeholders and driving adoption of modern AI and engineering practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with proven leadership as Technical Lead or Lead Developer.
- Expert-level Python development and experience designing REST APIs and microservices.
- Experience with AWS cloud services including EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, Bedrock, SageMaker or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.

- Demonstrated ability to architect and deliver complex AI-enabled applications using modern AI technologies like LLMs, RAG, and agent frameworks.
- Experienced in mentoring developers and leading technical strategy across multiple projects.
