About This Role
- Lead end-to-end development of high-stakes certification exams including job task analysis, blueprint creation, and item specification.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to develop, review, and maintain scenario-based exam items and hands-on labs aligned with assessment domains.
- Manage exam security, quality assurance processes, appeals review, and documentation of content development standards for certification programs.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years experience in API development, API gateway configuration, or API platform engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and the full API lifecycle including design, specification (OpenAPI/AsyncAPI), security (OAuth 2.0, API keys, mTLS).
- Demonstrated ability to write technical documentation, assessments, or instructional content professionally.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 years as specified; no explicit mention of notice period or location constraints.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in structured, process-driven environments with formal review cycles and governance.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into applied, scenario-based assessment items rather than recall questions.
