- Lead architectural design and development of scalable, resilient Java-based microservices applications for enterprise use.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, enforcing best practices and clean code standards.

Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on core Java/J2EE development experience, including Java 11+ features.

- Experience with microservices architecture, distributed systems, RESTful APIs, message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Proficiency with cloud-native development using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrates strategic technical leadership and ownership of enterprise-grade microservices architecture solutions.
- Strong operational familiarity with modern DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure management across AWS/Azure/GCP.
