Minimum Requirements
7-9 years of hands-on experience in .NET development, including .NET Core/.NET 6+, RESTful API, and SQL Server/Oracle RDBMS expertise.
Strong skills in C#, ASP.NET MVC, microservices architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or closely related discipline.
Work Experience Required: 7-9 years; Certifications preferred but not mandatory (Microsoft Azure Developer Associate, Oracle DBA certification).

Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), DevSecOps, and real-time distributed messaging (Kafka) to support scalable, resilient application architectures.
