Lead. Application Engineer II

Lead presales technical strategy for building technology solutions including BMS, VMS, Access Control, and IoT integration across global markets.

Drive RFP/RFI responses, develop tailored technical proposals, architecture designs, and implementation roadmaps to meet complex customer requirements.

Mentor cross-functional design teams and coordinate solution development, ensuring integration of OT/IT protocols, digital twins, and cloud platforms to demonstrate business outcomes.

8-10+ years experience in presales engineering with proposal and commercial delivery in bid processes.

Expertise in building technology solutions including BMS, Security, Fire, Lighting, and hands-on experience with SCADA platforms and PLC programming preferred.

Mandatory skills in IoT Gateway configuration, device onboarding to cloud, and knowledge of OT/IT network protocols like BACnet, Modbus, OPC, MQTT, SNMP, AMQP.

Familiarity with HVAC or Industrial Process Control systems, L2/L3 networking, cloud IoT platforms (preferably MS Azure), and Energy Management concepts.

Experienced presales engineer comfortable managing complex digital building solutions integrating OT and IT systems globally.

Strategic thinker able to translate customer pain points into measurable business outcomes with strong solutioning and technical leadership.

Proficient in aligning cross-functional teams for seamless delivery of innovative digital solutions in fast-paced environments.
