About This Role
- Design, architect, and deliver high performance, scalable supply chain and customer experience software used by millions internationally.
- Own end-to-end system/product delivery including effort estimation, risk identification, prioritization, and schedule management.
- Mentor and provide technical leadership to engineering teams while ensuring best engineering practices and compliance with security and regulatory standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field required; Master's preferred.
- 12+ years of object-oriented software development experience with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, ReactJS/ReactNative.
- Experience writing unit tests with Junit, Mockito; knowledge of build tools (Maven/Gradle) and GIT required.
- Work Experience Required: 12+ years in software engineering, including supervisory experience; Location requirement: Role based in Bangalore office with onsite work.

- Experienced in building large-scale, cloud-native supply chain or retail technology systems with high availability and scalability.
- Strong skills in system design, data structures, algorithms, and event-driven programming.
- Comfortable leading cross-functional teams and driving architectural decisions for complex distributed systems in Agile environments.
