About This Role
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications supporting Walmart International's supply chain and customer experience, impacting millions of users.
- Drive technical roadmap execution including cloud-native architecture, modernization using Azure/GCP, and data engineering for real-time processing solutions.
- Lead cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, enforce architecture governance, and optimize operational and cloud costs.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 4 years of relevant experience OR 6 years of relevant experience without the degree.
- Strong expertise in Java, Microservices, Kafka, Cloud technologies (Azure/GCP), and data engineering is mandatory.
- Role requires working from Walmart's Chennai office (daily onsite work).
- Work Experience Required: 4-6 years in software engineering or related area.
