Coordinate end-to-end implementation of Engineering Change Notifications (ECNs) ensuring timely design changes with minimal supply chain and production risks.
Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Logistics, and Planning to drive change readiness, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate BOM/MBOM and change-management data, monitor compliance, generate KPI reports, and lead issue resolution during ECN implementation.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
Experience in Engineering Change Management, Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing, or Product Configuration Management.
Knowledge of ERP, PLM, and change-management systems.
Work onsite five days a week; visa sponsorship not available.
