Product Manager (Digital Products, Payments) - Pune – 7+ years Exp

Own end-to-end product lifecycle of a payments portal including strategy, delivery, adoption, and continuous optimization.

Drive evolution of merchant and payee self-service features such as payout tracking, account management, reporting, and reconciliation.

Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable and compliant payout experiences and define product success metrics including portal adoption and customer satisfaction.

MBA or Master's degree from Tier-1 institutions plus Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.

7+ years of experience in digital product management.

Experience in multinational organizations preferably in fintech, payments, banking, or management consultancy.

Proven experience with payment gateways, POS systems, e-commerce platforms, or acquiring banks; hands-on Agile/Scrum experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence.

Strategic product manager experienced in payment systems and digital product lifecycle management within fintech or related sectors.

Experienced in cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Commercial teams to deliver integrated payment solutions.

Familiar with payout ecosystems, payment orchestration, banking integrations, and treasury/funding models associated with merchant payouts.
