Deliver accurate and high-quality lease abstraction services for office and retail leases, extracting critical information and inputting into lease database systems.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to obtain lease documents, resolve queries, cross-check and verify data for completeness and accuracy.
Document business processes, train and mentor new team members, and ensure compliance with internal and external policies in lease administration.
Minimum Requirements
University Graduate degree required.
2-4 years of experience in lease abstraction, specifically with office and retail commercial leases.
Experience using property management or lease administration systems for global clients.
Location requirement: On-site in Gurugram, India.
