8+ years of experience in Data Science, Quantitative Analytics, or Growth Analytics, preferably in B2B SaaS, enterprise tech, or large-scale digital platforms.
Expertise in causal inference and advanced statistics including CUPED, quasi-experiments, Bayesian and Frequentist methods.
Proficiency in SQL and Python or R for data analysis, modeling, and machine learning.
Experience with web analytics tools and architectures such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, GTM, and implementation in privacy-compliant, first-party data environments.
