Develop and deliver scalable, performant, and maintainable full-stack software solutions with Java and React for a high-traffic B2C platform.
Lead architectural design, code quality enforcement, and test automation to ensure reliability, security, and extensibility of the product.
Mentor team members, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and align engineering efforts with business priorities through all SDLC phases.
Minimum Requirements
3-10 years of hands-on full-stack software development experience with Java and React.
Strong knowledge in object-oriented programming, API design (RESTful/GraphQL), web technologies, and database modelling.
Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, New Relic).
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Technology or equivalent experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in distributed systems and microservices architecture with strong software engineering fundamentals (data structures, algorithms).
Able to lead hybrid engineering teams with a focus on code quality, security best practices (OAuth, JWT), and continuous improvement.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment collaborating with product managers and designers to deliver customer-centric solutions.
