Lead and manage end-to-end Identity & Access Management (IAM) operations for MUFG, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable identity services across workforce and non-human identities.
Drive IAM service delivery including automation, self-service capabilities, incident/problem/change/request management, and audit/compliance execution.
Oversee platform health, vendor management, technical documentation, and coordinate cross-functionally with HR, IT Risk, Compliance, and Infrastructure teams while mentoring and coaching the IAM team.
Minimum Requirements
8-12 years of experience in IAM, security operations, or identity platform operations, with at least 5 years in leadership or team management roles.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
Experience supporting global organizations with 10,000+ users and managing enterprise scale IAM services across complex, multi-region environments.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 3-6 years explicitly required; however, text emphasizes 8-12 years IAM experience with leadership.

Experienced senior IAM leader capable of managing onshore/offshore teams and complex IAM operations, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills including executive-level interactions.
