IN_Associate 2_SAP ABAP_OC - SAP AITH Core_Advisory_Noida

Design, develop, and maintain SAP ABAP RICEF objects including reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements across ECC and S/4HANA environments.

Apply advanced and object-oriented ABAP programming techniques and work with niche SAP technologies such as SAP-BTP, SAP Fiori, SAP CPI/PO, and RAP to support integration and customization.

Mentor junior associates, ensure adherence to SAP coding standards, conduct peer reviews, and optimize performance in SAP ABAP development projects.

4–7 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development, including classical and modern ABAP programming.

Graduate degree required (Bachelor of Technology or Master of Business Administration).

Experience with SAP technologies such as CDS Views, AMDP, OData services, SAP-BTP, SAP Fiori, SAP CPI/PO, SF-HR-ABAP, and integration technologies (BAPIs, IDocs, RFC, Web Services).

SAP ABAP certification or training in S/4HANA development is advantageous but not mandatory.

Technical expertise in both classical and modern ABAP development, capable of independently delivering complex SAP solutions with quality assurance.

Experienced in collaborative environments working closely with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members and manage multiple priorities within SAP project delivery centers.
