Design, deploy, administer, and optimize the Microsoft Power BI and Azure Fabric enterprise data analytics platform to ensure stability, security, and compliance.
Lead and manage L2/L3 global operations team; oversee platform operations including incident, problem, change, and release management following ITIL best practices.
Drive governance, capacity planning, service improvement initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration with architecture, engineering, and data product teams to meet SLAs, SLOs, and KPIs.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 10 years’ experience in Power BI Service and Microsoft Fabric platform administration and technical service delivery.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent required.
Strong expertise in Power BI Services, Azure Fabric administration, SQL, DAX, scripting (Python/Shell/PowerShell), and Azure Cloud technologies.
Experience managing teams, operating in regulated environments with strict governance, security, compliance, and ITIL/Agile practices.
