Drive automation and continuous improvement for Corporate Bank TST domain production support including Trade Finance and Lending applications.
Manage production engineering aspects: application troubleshooting, platform performance, incident and problem management, and operational stability.
Build and maintain strong partnerships across global teams, define CB strategic roadmap for operational tools, and mentor teams for technical growth.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 10+ years IT experience with 5+ years in large corporate environments in controlled production or financial services client-facing roles.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent experience; ITIL Foundation certification mandatory, PMP is a plus.
Strong technical skills in UNIX/Linux, databases (Oracle/MSSQL), scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell), DevOps/SRE tools, and cloud platforms (GCP favorable).
Experience with incident/problem management tools (ServiceNow, Jira), Agile/DevOps/SRE methodologies, and knowledge of Trade Finance/Corporate Banking processes desired.
