Manage end-to-end production support and engineering for Corporate Bank Trade Finance and Lending platforms, ensuring service levels and operational stability.
Drive automation, continuous improvement, and adoption of SRE/DevOps principles to enhance platform reliability and operational efficiency.
Lead cross-functional collaboration including global virtual teams and Deutsche Bank engineering partners to define and execute support strategy and technology roadmap.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years overall IT experience with 5+ years in large corporate or financial services controlled production environments.
Mandatory technical skills: UNIX/Linux, databases (Oracle/MSSQL), scripting (Python, Bash, Perl, Powershell), deployment and monitoring tools (Jenkins, GitLab, AppDynamics, Splunk, Grafana).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related discipline or equivalent experience; ITIL Foundation Certificate mandatory.
Experience in SRE, DevOps, Agile methodologies and production incident/problem management; global team collaboration experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated ability to lead production support teams in banking or complex financial services IT environments, preferably with Corporate or Global Transaction Banking exposure.
Strategic thinker with strong operational ownership evidenced by driving automation, continual service improvements and adoption of AI/ML for operational efficiencies.
Experienced in stakeholder management across multiple geographic regions and functions, able to influence senior partners and manage complex service operations.
