Lead design quality and ownership for Application Performance Monitoring (APM) and Log Management products, ensuring user-focused, high-impact solutions.
Manage and develop a small team of designers on-site in Hyderabad, including consistent 1:1s, career development, and maintaining team culture.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and international partners to align design with business outcomes, maintain project visibility, and contribute individual design work when necessary.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of product design experience, including technically complex B2B or enterprise software with data-dense interfaces.
2–4 years of direct people management experience with performance feedback and career development.
Experience working across time zones with asynchronous communication and distributed teams.
Role requires working on-site in Hyderabad; strong English communication skills required.
