Manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (Accounts Payable) operations across multiple global entities ensuring timely invoice processing, vendor payments, and compliance with financial policies.
Support month-end financial close activities including preparation of AP accruals, journal entries, provisions, and monitoring AP ageing reports to ensure financial accuracy.
Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Treasury, Tax, and Finance teams to enhance operational efficiency in AP function.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting mandatory; CA Inter or CMA Inter preferred.
3–6 years of experience specifically in Global Accounts Payable or Procure-to-Pay operations, preferably in Shared Services, GCCs, or Consulting/IT Services environments.
Experience operating with multi-currency transactions (USD, GBP, EUR, INR) and cross-border payment processes essential.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems, and knowledge of international payment methods including Wire and ACH transfers required.
