Manager, Product Design: AI Products

Manage and develop a small team of product designers focused on AI products, ensuring high design quality and problem-solving effectiveness.

Own design strategy to make autonomous AI systems legible and trustworthy, integrating user research into AI product roadmaps and advocating user perspective.

Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers across Bengaluru, US, and Spain, balancing priorities and contributing individual design work when needed.

8+ years of product design experience with B2B or enterprise software involving technically complex products.

2-4 years of direct people management experience including running 1:1s and giving performance feedback.

Genuine curiosity and experience in AI product design, focusing on trust, transparency, and human-in-the-loop design.

This is an on-site role in Bengaluru; working across time zones and strong English communication skills are required.

Experienced in designing complex AI-native or autonomous systems products with a clear perspective on building user trust in AI outputs.

Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with iterative problem definition and delivery approaches.

Skilled at partnering with cross-functional teams globally, maintaining asynchronous communication and strong written skills.
