Manage and deliver multiple Oracle ERP projects (EBS and Cloud) end-to-end, ensuring scope, time, cost, and quality targets are met.
Lead stakeholder communication, scope management including change requests, risk assessment, and reporting to sponsors and internal leadership.
Control project budgets with P&L ownership, resource allocation, and performance management, while supporting pre-sales and escalation management.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years experience in end-to-end Oracle project implementation for consultancy or systems integrator environments.
Proven track record leading multiple complex Oracle Applications projects concurrently using Oracle AIM and OUM methodologies.
Experience with project management frameworks such as Prince2 or similar; proficiency in Microsoft Project and managing fixed price/budget engagements.
Scope management, governance (gate control, status reporting), stakeholder management, and commercial contract/customer experience required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex Oracle ERP delivery across multiple sectors with strong commercial and customer-facing skills.
Comfortable leading cross-functional teams and managing multi-stakeholder environments with advanced negotiation and communication abilities.
Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and beneficial if experienced with ServiceNow, indicating ability to operate in structured service management environments.
