Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree required.
8+ years experience in retail lending, syndicated lending, or financial domain, including 4+ years with Loan IQ and commercial lending.
Experience with Agile methodology, JIRA, and Scrum ceremonies.
Proven advanced SQL skills and technical knowledge of Loan IQ vendor data model and API usage.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong background in agency syndication and loan trading business from front office, operations, or business systems perspective.
Experience in thought leadership with proven ability to interact and engage senior management.
Demonstrated ability to apply AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot) for routine data and content tasks while maintaining oversight.
