Minimum Requirements
Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Marine Engineering or Hotel Management or equivalent.
15 to 20 years of work experience in Mall Operations, Hotel Operations, or Property Management.
Experience with P&L management including rent collection, CAM budgeting, and utility billing.
Location: On-site at Ludhiana, Punjab; prior experience at AGM/GM level preferred.
