Own requirement gathering, functional analysis, documentation, testing (integration and user acceptance) for trading system enhancements and projects.
Drive trade workflow improvements, regulatory compliance, automation, and migration initiatives impacting end-to-end trading lifecycle.
Act as liaison between Portfolio Managers, Traders, Technology teams and global stakeholders to ensure delivery of prioritized business functionality.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 10+ years Business Analyst experience in Asset Management domain.
Strong knowledge of investment banking, trading systems, and multiple asset classes including Equity, Fixed Income, Currency, Derivatives, Options, Swaps.
Experience in Agile SDLC, JIRA, and basic SQL for data analysis.
Work Experience Required: 10+ years in relevant domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in global stakeholder management across multiple time zones within investment/trading environments.
Comfortable leading Agile practices, including acting as Scrum Master, and capable of coordinating cross-functional teams.
Background with certifications such as CFA or Investment Banking domain certifications and solid knowledge of trading compliance and portfolio management systems.
