About This Role
- Own requirement gathering, functional analysis, documentation, testing (integration and user acceptance) for trading system enhancements and projects.
- Drive trade workflow improvements, regulatory compliance, automation, and migration initiatives impacting end-to-end trading lifecycle.
- Act as liaison between Portfolio Managers, Traders, Technology teams and global stakeholders to ensure delivery of prioritized business functionality.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years Business Analyst experience in Asset Management domain.
- Strong knowledge of investment banking, trading systems, and multiple asset classes including Equity, Fixed Income, Currency, Derivatives, Options, Swaps.
- Experience in Agile SDLC, JIRA, and basic SQL for data analysis.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years in relevant domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in global stakeholder management across multiple time zones within investment/trading environments.
- Comfortable leading Agile practices, including acting as Scrum Master, and capable of coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Background with certifications such as CFA or Investment Banking domain certifications and solid knowledge of trading compliance and portfolio management systems.
