Own end-to-end configuration and continuous support of Oracle Fusion Benefits modules within a Managed Services environment.
Manage benefits administration lifecycle including enrollment, life events, and integration with Payroll, Core HR, and other modules.
Lead AMS activities such as incident resolution, service request management, enhancements, troubleshooting, and year-end cycles in benefits operations.
Minimum Requirements
6+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Benefits modules.
Strong experience in AMS production support handling incidents, service requests, enhancements, and configuration changes.
Proficient in benefits enrollment, lifecycle management, Fast Formulas, and integrations with Payroll, Core HR, Absence, Talent, Compensation.
Work Experience Required: 6+ years; Location: India; Position Level: Senior Associate.

Experienced functional consultant comfortable working independently in client-facing AMS environments.
Strong understanding of U.S. and global benefits frameworks, compliance, and related integrations.
