About This Role
- Lead process-mining consulting engagements to identify inefficiencies and drive measurable process transformation using AI/ML-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with global business stakeholders to design integrated process data models and ensure availability of analysis-ready event data from enterprise systems like SAP and Salesforce.
- Mentor data scientists and promote adoption of process-mining and analytics capabilities across regions and functions through enablement and awareness programs.
Minimum Requirements
- 10–12 years total experience including 6+ years in analytics consulting and 3+ years in process-mining consulting or process-analytics leadership.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, Technical Finance, or related quantitative field.
- Strong proficiency in process-mining tools (e.g., Celonis EMS, SAP Signavio), Python, SQL, process data modeling; experience with enterprise systems such as SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow.
- Experience delivering process-analytics and AI-driven consulting engagements with measurable business outcomes in global organizations or leading consulting firms.
