Minimum Requirements
12+ years of IT experience in large corporate or Financial Services production environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT-related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Proficient with UNIX/Linux, databases (Oracle/MSSQL), scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash), automation tools (Ansible, RPA), and monitoring tools (Geneos, Splunk, Grafana).
Experience with Service Operations, ITIL practices, production support, and global virtual team environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader with people management and ability to self-manage workload with clear communication in high-severity incidents.
Strong technical expertise spanning application support, complex IT infrastructure, and production engineering with focus on automation and continuous service improvement.
