Drive proactive continuous improvement in the production environment via automation, monitoring, and platform maintenance to improve stability and reduce technical debt.
Analyze production platform performance and resiliency issues, engage in SDLC to enhance production standards and controls, and maintain all support documentation.
Provide 24x7 event monitoring, incident management support adhering to ITIL processes, and lead knowledge management to improve team performance and incident resolution.
Minimum Requirements
12+ years IT experience in large corporate environments, preferably in controlled production environments or financial services technology client-facing roles.
Strong technical expertise with Linux OS, payment standards (SWIFT MT, ISO 20022), Oracle/BigQuery/SQL databases, and enterprise monitoring tools (ITRS Geneos, Splunk).
Proficient in troubleshooting messaging middleware (IBM MQ, Apache Kafka), Unix diagnostics, Java application logs, and familiarity with workload automation tools (Control-M) and APM platforms (New Relic).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT-related discipline (or equivalent experience), plus ITIL Foundation Certificate.
