Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's infrastructure systems with a focus on ServiceNow Platform and its components like ITOM, CMDB, Discovery & Service Mapping.
Drive expansion and optimization of ServiceNow Discovery coverage, data quality, and automation across the CMDB for Tyson's portfolio.
Collaborate with cross-functional and DevOps teams to ensure infrastructure performance, high availability, security, and integration of infrastructure-as-code practices.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure management, network administration, or system engineering with focus on ServiceNow Platform.
Advanced knowledge in ITOM, CMDB, Discovery & Service Mapping is mandatory.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant experience.
Experience with ServiceNow integration, reporting, PA knowledge, and automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced infrastructure engineer with specialized skills in ServiceNow platform, including extensive CMDB and Discovery management.
Proven ability to lead technical teams, mentor juniors, and drive automation and optimization within infrastructure environments.
