Own performance reporting including Monthly Management Reports, Quarterly Business Reviews, ensuring contractual KPIs, SLAs, and CPIs are met under the Master Service Agreement (MSA).
Lead overall contract governance, quality assurance, data governance, and risk monitoring to ensure compliance with client and JLL standards.
Manage day-to-day administrative operations for the Cognizant account including onboarding, procurement, document control, and stakeholder communication for seamless service delivery.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, performance management, administration, or related field in corporate or facilities management environment.
Proven experience in performance reporting, contract governance or quality assurance with ability to manage KPIs, CPIs, and SLAs within managed services or outsourcing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Location requirement: On-site in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
