Drive strategy, process discovery, design, and implementation of analytics solutions within Citi Personal Banking Operations across multiple domains including Customer Service, Credit Operations, Collections, and Recoveries.
Gather and analyze cross-functional operational data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that improve business planning, operational efficiency, and expense reduction.
Lead exploratory and confirmatory data analyses, communicate findings to senior leaders, mentor junior team members, and act as a subject matter expert in Operations Analytics.
Minimum Requirements
Work Experience Required: 4+ years with Masters or 6+ years with Bachelors in relevant domain.
Strong coding expertise in SQL, PySpark, Python, and SAS with proven experience in providing end-to-end analytics solutions and data management.
Technical proficiency with automation and analytics tools including SAS, Python, PySpark, SQL, MS Excel, Tableau, and BI tools.
Experience building generative AI solutions for operations automation, document summarization, or performance management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in financial services domain, specifically banking operations such as contact centers, core banking, collections, KYC, and AML compliance.
Skilled in translating complex data insights into actionable business recommendations and communicating effectively with stakeholders and senior leadership.
