Develop and operationalize AI-enabled ServiceNow solutions using Now Assist, GenAI, AI Agents, and intelligent automation to transform IT Request Fulfillment globally.
Translate business needs into scalable, secure, and maintainable AI-powered ServiceNow workflows and platform enhancements.
Coach and guide cross-functional teams on ServiceNow AI capabilities, prompt engineering, responsible AI usage, and best practices while continuously measuring and optimizing solution outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, integrations, and debugging.
Practical experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities such as Now Assist, Now Assist for Creator, Virtual Agent, or Predictive Intelligence.
Completed degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent.
Work Experience Required: 3+ years in relevant ServiceNow development roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in Service Catalog and IT Request Fulfillment lifecycle including approvals, fulfillment orchestration, and employee center or service portal development.
Strong knowledge of prompt engineering, AI output evaluation, hallucination control, and responsible AI practices applied in enterprise environments.
Ability to lead AI initiative delivery end-to-end with ownership, from prototype validation to production deployment and continuous improvement in agile teams.
