Own and evolve the ServiceNow IT Request Fulfillment architecture including Service Catalog, request flows, approval and fulfillment orchestration, integrations, and platform services.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and standard-aligned solution designs, providing technical leadership and hands-on delivery including code reviews and troubleshooting.
Lead integration architecture, ensure compliance with security and governance standards, support root cause analysis for production issues, and drive adoption of AI technologies to improve solution quality and team efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years of professional ServiceNow experience with several years in solution or technical architecture or lead developer role for complex enterprise implementations.
Strong expertise in Service Catalog and IT Request Fulfillment including catalog data models, request/task lifecycle, approvals, orchestration, notifications, and portals.
Mandatory skills: JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP integrations, MID Server, platform security (ACLs, roles), and ServiceNow certifications CSA and CAD.
Completed degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; professional English proficiency; experience with Agile/Scrum/DevOps teams.
