About This Role
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, resilient core services and capabilities within the platform.
- Ownership of engineering initiatives promoting continuous improvement and engineering excellence.
- Engage with product managers, solution architects, security engineering, and partners to define and deliver software solutions through all development stages including design, coding, testing, and automation.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-10 years of software engineering experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux platforms and experience with Python, Docker, Kafka, and Redis/Valkey.
- Ability to commute within 1 hour to Bangalore office; hybrid work model with up to 20% domestic/international travel.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in software architecture for high-performance, scalable distributed systems with strong DevOps skills including CI/CD pipeline management.
- Collaborates effectively with distributed global teams and participates actively in code reviews and quality assurance.
- Knowledgeable in infrastructure technologies (OS, Network, Database, Server, Storage) and cloud solutions such as AWS (MSK, Aurora, OpenSearch).
