Plan, coordinate, and track technical project delivery for Workspace ONE & Horizon professional services engagements.
Maintain project documentation such as plans, scopes, schedules, and risk logs, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and stage-gate processes.
Collaborate with Sales and Accounts to identify growth opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement of internal project management processes.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of professional office work experience.
2+ years of Professional Services operations, engagement, implementation, or resource management experience.
Experience in Consulting or Professional Services and technology industry preferred but not mandatory.
Must be located in Bangalore and work in a HYBRID model including night shifts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing multiple priorities in fast-paced, ambiguous, and remote work environments.
Skilled in structured communication and escalation of project risks and issues.
Proficient with MS Office suite, especially MS Excel, and quick to learn new technologies and systems.
