Structured overview of role & requirementsAbout This Role
Lead end-to-end business analysis throughout software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, process modeling, and data analysis.
Collaborate with business users and technology teams to ensure requirements alignment, support build, unit testing, user acceptance testing, and rollout activities.
Manage product backlog, support PI planning under SAFe Agile framework, and define target operating models for change implementation.
Minimum Requirements
Experience Required: 3+ years in business analysis role; 8+ years financial services business knowledge and trade settlements expertise preferred.
Mandatory domain: Global Custody and/or Securities Servicing environment with strong trade settlement process knowledge.
Familiarity with SAFe Agile delivery framework and tools such as Microsoft 365, Visio, Miro, Azure DevOps (ADO).
Education: MBA/PGDM or B.Com/BA/BE in any specialization.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in financial services, especially in trade settlements and securities servicing domain.
Proficient in SAFe Agile methodologies with the ability to manage product backlogs and support PI planning.
Demonstrated capability to handle cross-functional, complex projects with significant financial/client impact and strong stakeholder management skills.
