Provide L1 operational support and monitoring for Wealth Management platforms and applications including Salesforce and Microsoft technologies.
Perform incident triage, troubleshooting, resolution, smoke testing, and escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams as needed, ensuring communication and tracking.
Manage job scheduling platforms, user access, platform releases, and support application availability, backup, and DR documentation including on-call and off-hours support.
Minimum Requirements
1+ years of technical business-facing experience, preferably within a financial institution.
Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL processes; ITIL Certification required.
Experience with Salesforce Administration, SOQL, Salesforce Flows, Lightning, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and ServiceNow.
Degree in Computer Science or related field (BCA/B.Sc.) or equivalent work experience (1-3 years).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Comfortable working in a 24x7 rotational shift environment including night and weekend support.
Able to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate technical issues in non-technical terms to stakeholders.
Experience working collaboratively across technology teams (Development, Infrastructure, Vendor Support) in a financial services context.
