Structured overview of role & requirementsAbout This Role
Provide 24x7 L1 production support for Wealth Management financial applications and data platforms across global regions (APAC, EMEA, NA).
Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs, data pipelines, batch jobs, and application alerts; perform incident triage, root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution or escalation to L2/L3 teams.
Support production activities including smoke testing, SLA dashboard preparation, job recovery, data validation, and contribute to automation and continuous service improvement.
Minimum Requirements
1+ years of technical production support experience within a financial institution or similar environment.
Strong skills in SQL, UNIX/Linux, Shell scripting; experience with ETL/data pipeline support and cloud data services such as Azure Data Factory or Databricks.
Certifications: ITIL Certified and Cloud Certified required.
Work Experience Required: 1-3 years of relevant experience, degree in BCA/B.Sc. Computer Science or related field preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in hands-on operational support with ability to troubleshoot data-related issues and apply code fixes as needed under limited supervision.
Comfortable interfacing with multiple support and development teams, managing incident queues, and handling production incidents efficiently using ITIL and ITSM processes.
Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders and translate business requirements to technology teams.
