Lead end-to-end Quality Engineering (QE) efforts for insurance software projects, focusing on automation and manual testing to ensure software reliability.
Design, enhance, and maintain test automation frameworks using Selenium (Java), Rest Assured, and Postman, including API automation.
Mentor and coach the QE team, collaborate with stakeholders on requirements, and participate in test planning, defect management, and user acceptance testing.
Minimum Requirements
6-8 years of software testing experience, preferably in the insurance domain.
Hands-on experience with automation tools: Selenium (Java), Rest Assured, Postman, and API automation testing.
B.Tech/B.E in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or MCA degree.
Experience with XML and database testing; knowledge of test and defect management tools like JIRA.
