Plan and govern multiple test phases (ST, SIT, UAT) including managing entry/exit criteria and sign-offs.
Design and execute data/ETL testing by writing SQL for validating finance data transformations and reconciliations.
Lead test automation efforts by creating automated test scripts and frameworks following an automated-by-default approach.
Minimum Requirements
6-10 years of experience with at least 5 years as a Senior Automation Engineer.
Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools, with mandatory skills in Python (PySpark), SQL, Scala.
Experience with Azure Cloud and Databricks platform, Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and task tracking tools like JIRA/Zephyr.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT; Azure Data platform certifications are a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong technical background with hands-on automation testing expertise in complex data systems, especially finance data pipelines.
Demonstrated ability to define and manage end-to-end testing strategies, balancing technology and resource constraints within agile environments.
