Ensure accurate review and setup of customer contracts into CRM, ERP, and billing systems, maintaining data integrity across platforms.
Execute accounting controls around invoicing and order processing, including reconciliation of order, revenue, and billing results against various benchmarks.
Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, monitor order queues, resolve errors, and maintain SOPs and operational checklists for order management.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years relevant experience in Order Management and Billing.
Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree in Accounting.
Experience working within public company internal control environments.
Experience with Microsoft Excel.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in coordinating cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Billing) to resolve order discrepancies and ensure timely processing.
Comfortable working with integrated enterprise systems such as Microsoft D365 ERP and Salesforce CRM (preferred but not mandatory).
Capable of managing high data accuracy and supporting process improvements and automation projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
