Lead and manage a team of Accounts Payable Specialists, including task delegation, performance monitoring, mentoring, and staffing management.
Oversee the complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process ensuring timely invoice and payment processing, process improvements, and resolution of discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with policies and regulations, maintain internal controls, support audits, and prepare analytical reports and KPIs for management.
Minimum Requirements
10-12 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) functions.
2-5 years of experience in team leadership or supervisory roles.
Location: Chennai, India with work-from-office requirement and UK shift starting at 1:30 PM onwards.
Preferred background in Shared Services Centers (SSC), Media, or Advertising sectors.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing accounts payable operations with strong team leadership and mentoring skills.
Capable of handling end-to-end P2P process with focus on process improvements and stakeholder collaboration.
Demonstrates strong communication skills for negotiation and reconciliation, calmness under pressure, and adaptability in dynamic work environments.
