About This Role
- Support gathering, analysis, documentation, and maintenance of customer and system requirements using IBM DOORS.
- Maintain requirements traceability across requirements, design, test cases, and verification results, ensuring quality through reviews and checks.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, manage changes, and prepare status and traceability reports.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-5 years of work experience in software lifecycle requirements management.
- Hands-on experience with IBM DOORS for requirements management is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications or equivalent (BCA/B.Sc/Any equivalent degree).
- Experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, traceability, and change impact analysis.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in maintaining requirements traceability matrices and conducting quality reviews to identify inconsistencies or gaps.
- Capable of coordinating with senior engineers, developers, and testers to resolve requirement-related issues promptly.
- Skilled in managing requirement versioning, baselining, and configuration within project teams.
